A soccer player turned CrossFit guru, Jonathan has been performing CrossFit for close to 6 years. He was playing college soccer and was introduced to CrossFit through some friends who told him to try a workout called "Helen." Ever since then he's been hooked. A year later he went and received his certification and has been coaching ever since.

James has always been interested in health and fitness from an early age, these interests would only spike after his discovery of CrossFit. After seeing immediate improvements in his overall athletic abilities and strength of mind he quickly became hooked with the CrossFit methodology. With a desire to help others fulfill their fitness goals James received his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification in November of 2013 and has been coaching ever since.
Bradie’s CrossFit journey started while studying at Penn State. Bradie has always enjoyed running, but she realized that running a few miles at the gym wasn’t enough to stay at the level of fitness she wanted to be at. After listening to her sister talk about CrossFit for 6 months Bradie decided to give it a try. In January 2013, she joined her first Crossfit gym at Penn State. After graduating, Bradie joined the MSCF team and received her Level 1 in May 2015. After going through the physical transformation from runner to CrossFitter, she wants others to experience the achievements that CrossFit provides. One of her favorite quotes is, “Good things may come to those who wait, but only the things left by those who hustle.”
Domenica is not your typical athlete. After having her third child, she found a love for movement and exercise, starting first with races. Soon, she was looking for something more and decided to try out Crossfit. It was love at first WOD. You can see her at the gym on most days of the week working on her lifts and gymnastics work. She received her level 1 training in May 2015 along with her swolemate, Hayley. Through coaching, Domenica likes to inspire those around her to always strive for improvement both at the gym and in the kitchen, because not only is she an athlete, but she is an experienced baker and chef.
