A lot of people want immediate change, immediate results and immediate satisfaction. When Joe Cline entered into our doors he wanted to make a simple change because he knew he had let his fitness take a back seat. Well Joe has done a great job in that he's regained control of his health and will continue to lead a life dedicated to making his fitness a priority.

We at Mt Sinai CrossFit allow our training to speak volumes about what it can do to your body. With that said we only have you for 1 hour 4-5 times per week. What you do outside of the gym is just as important with regard to what you're using to fuel your body. Properly fuel your body and your body will show you what its capable of.
