1) Meet Your Coach 

Once you’ve decided you want to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to book a Student Consultation/Intro to Mt. Sinai CrossFit. Do it alone or bring a friend along to your 60-minute free intro session where you’ll get started by first meeting your personal coach.

2) Join The Class

A dynamic CrossFit class for all levels from beginner to advanced. An All-Star Coach will lead you through an inspirational warmup followed with a skills lesson, followed by the daily WOD or Workout of the Day. The class is 1 hour long.

3) Have Some Fun

Our CrossFit gym are full of lovely, hard-working, committed people that are interested in bettering themselves, eating well and achieving goals that they set themselves. We are all influenced by the company we keep, so these characteristics will rub off on you as well.
